Provided as standard across all our Managed Service packages you get full helpdesk support for all your daily hardware and software issues. Available from 8am through to 6pm Monday to Friday or if you prefer to have support around the clock we can upgrade you to 24 x 7 x 365. Our friendly help desk technicians are on hand to resolve your issues in a flash.
The helpdesk is really easy to access through a desktop chat window to get the support you need when you need it. Alternative options for support are via Telephone if really urgent, by email for more non urgent requests and project planning.
The helpdesk agent also eliminates the horrendous waiting for your PC to be ready for action, as it performs a number of tasks in the background for you, keeping your machine in the best possible state. Coupling that with our security package we can offer up to $1million protection guarantee of recovery from an attack on your system. We also manage all windows updates for you and these can be carried out while you sleep so as not to interfere with your busy working day.
Citrix Hosted Desktop
Our Citrix platform offers you and your business a heightened level of security. With access to data and applications through a secure hosted desktop that gives you total control over your data, applications and near zero risk of cybercrime. All systems are protected and include server and data backups.
Webroot Security Awareness Training (Ongoing)
To help you and your staff identify malicious email content we provide ongoing awareness training. This consists of totally random, pretend malicious emails to you and your staff, and when clicked or opened (someone will be in trouble!) you will be taken to a short training section online to show what you have done and how to identify these types of emails in the future.
Professional Email Signature Software
With our email signature software you can create a single email signature with your company brand for all staff, or a separate signature for staff departments. Create once, set and forget. We offer a free signature design service as part of this service and do all the work for you. Once set the system integrates with your Office 365 or Google G Suite account and automatically applies to staff emails.
Enterprise Email Filtering for Spam and Malware Protection

Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA offers a second level of protection, each device you log in to can be configured to work with the key. When you log into your machine the key needs to be inserted and paired with your password. One without the other will not allow access to your device. In addition, each key can be programed to work with upto 2 logins in total. So not only can we protect your device but also you hosted email platform of choice like Google G Suite.
Enterprise Password Manager
One weak password can destroy your company, secure passwords need to be complex to limit the ability to be hacked. To enable this and make life more easy for you we can implement a company wide password manager for each staff member. Each member has there own vault and as a business you can create shared areas for sharing with specific department. The password manage needs to have one very secure password for each user but this is the only password you ever need remember again. Integration with windows / mac and the web makes logging into systems a simple process.
3CX Hosted Telephone System
As part of our premium package or an add on to any other we can offer a fully hosted telephone system. You simply pay per extension and we manage everything for you. You will need to setup an account for your call charges with our SIP Trunk partner but everything else we manage for you. We can import your current number, call charges drop as calls are per second billing rather than per minute, the system comes with a mobile app so calling from anywhere in the world looks like you are in the office and you can even have a desktop app for windows and mac to make and receive calls from your desktop.

Included in all our packages by default our base level product from our Security Operations Centre (SOC), providing 24 x 7 x 365 device monitoring and policy based security alerting. We have a default policy to ensure you are protected and once our agent is installed we will constantly be able to identify devices that are at higher risk of attack. The alerts create a ticket and we will fix to resolve the issues on the device.

Managed Office 365 Business Premium / Google G Suite for Business
Included in this package is a subscription of your choosing, either Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium or Google G Suite for Business. Both offer similar functionality. These subscriptions are fully managed by Your Cloud Works and require only minimal input from you to get up and running. We can have you up and running with a full suite of business tools and email in as little as a couple of hours. Our packages don’t come with Office or Google included but if you choose to add they will be provided fully managed and include SaaS Protection cloud to cloud backup for extra protection.
Office 365 / G Suite Backup for Email and Data
Data stored in the cloud is just as at risk from infection as data stored on your laptop / computer / server. We include a daily backup of data for Microsoft Office 365 and Google as standard to ensure we can protect your data and business from a major attack.
Server Monitoring & Support
